We have all of our generators deployed to rural cabinets that are accessible. Wet weather conditions have left us still unable to access many of our rural cabinets. The electric companies in our area continue to restore commercial power, and services will continue to come back up as they make additional progress. We have a very large service territory with significant work still ahead of us. Again we appreciate your patience and we are working hard to restore all services. If you have an outage or downed communication line please call 1.800.308.7536 to get on the list to get fixed.

We will address non-cable troubles once we’ve restored physical lines. Again we appreciate your patience and we are working hard to restore all services. OUTAGE UPDATE : 8pm, 5/1/17 | We’ve managed to get a large portion of our network back into service. Many network-wide, or community-wide issues were caused by a lack of commercial power and were rectified with generator power or restoration of commercial power.

We’ve deployed many generators to our rural cabinets that are accessible. However, we’ve been unable to access many cabinets due to weather conditions, as well as downed electrical lines. We’ll continue to work to deploy more generators tomorrow morning to areas we can access. The electric companies in our area continue to restore commercial power, so services will continue to come back up as they make progress.

We’ve also managed to get a very good number of downed communications lines rectified. The techs have done a great job in tackling those troubles that are downed lines and not power related.

If you have an outage or downed communication line please call 1.800.308.7536 to get on the list to get fixed.

MORNING UPDATE: 5/1/17 | As our crews have begun to dig out from the storm we have verified significant damage to our network. We still have over 10 communities without power and a vast amount of roads are still impassable, especially in rural areas. Difficult conditions will impede our progress as downed power lines and tree limbs are a large concern. Technicians are working as quickly and safely as they can.

Our first priority will be to restore essential telephone service. Our call center and offices are experiencing a high call volume and there are longer wait times than usual. We are doing our best to keep up, so please be patient. If you have an outage or downed communication line please call 1.800.308.7536 to get on the list to get fixed.
