2008 Leadership Through Learning Program

National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA)
Pioneer Communications
Open to: High school Juniors all over the US who are
served by OPASTCO-member rural telephone cooperatives.
In order to apply for sponsorship by
Pioneer Communications, high school
Junior applicants must reside and attend
school in an area served by Pioneer
Communications' telephone service.
Award:
All expenses paid trip to Washington DC - March 9th - 15th, 2008.
Students will meet with other
leadership-oriented students from across
the nation for a week of learning,
touring, and visits with national
leaders.

Letter of Recommendation Requests:
All applications to the FRED
Leadership Through Learning Program must
be accompanied by an official letter of
recommendation from an OPASTCO member
telephone company. To request a
letter of recommendation, please contact
