From October 4th-10th, StreamTV customers may experience some interference (pixelated picture, picture freezes, or audio distortions) due to SUN OUTAGES. These brief outages are caused by “solar satellite interference" and occur when the sun is in a direct line behind a satellite transmitting cable signals. Most sun outages occur midday, last less than 10 minutes, and StreamTV should return to normal once the interference has passed. Pioneer Communications Voice and Internet services will not be affected.
