Welcome Dr. Leo Carlson as new Assistant Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Carlson brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently serving as Chief Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Officer at Norvado, Inc. in Cable, Wisconsin. Over the years, he has built a well-rounded career that includes hands-on technical roles as a Computer Network Technician and IT Manager, along with leadership positions focused on serving customers and growing communities. He is also actively involved in several community and telecommunications industry boards.

With a deep understanding of the cooperative model, Dr. Carlson brings both expertise and a people-first mindset to his new role. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Intelligence and Analytics, a Master of Science in Information Security, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Dr. Carlson is joined by his wife, Christie, and their two teenage sons as they make their home in the area.
