• Terms of Service For Voice Services

You shall not use the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose in violation of any state or federal laws, or in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of the rights of any other party, or to originate any illegal robocalls. Pioneer uses various industry-standard network oversight tools and techniques to ensure compliance with its Terms of Service and to prevent illegal robocalls. Pioneer reserves the right at any time to review usage volume, calling patterns, and other general data related to voice traffic carried on its network to identify potential illegal usage. If Pioneer determines you are attempting to originate illegal robocalls, you may receive a warning to immediately stop originating illegal voice traffic, or your service may be terminated, with or without prior notice, as necessary.
